Marshall, On most pitch raise tunings I will spray a "teflon" lubricant along top bridge area bearing points, and felts. The solvent will "burn" off fairly quickly, after helping to penetrate the PTFE into the troublesome areas. > Also is there anything I can do to rusty strings to decrease the chance of > breakage besides giving ti a little bump in the flat direction?
