[pianotech] metro vac n blo

The Metro Vac 'N’ Blo is good for vacuuming but you only have a short amount
of 'blow' time before the case becomes super hot and it's blowing hot air.
You need to remove the internal foam disk for blowing, but even so, it gets
quite hot.
