[pianotech] reschedule

I think an additional charge is a better way to go if they'll pay it. I don't like recommending concert venues that are otherwise regular and good clients go look for someone else. Reasons abound.

Jack

I would not reschedule my day to accommodate the concert venue. It's their problem to find someone to tune the piano. If you're their regular tuner, they obviously like your work. But perhaps when they have to find someone else, they will give you more notice the next time they need you.

Curious what any of you would charge for a last minute notice for concert tuning?

I don't need a price..... just a percentage increase.

I got a call today for a concert tuning tomorrow , 5 am and another one at noon.
I had to reschedule my day and rebook my private customer two weeks ahead.

I don't have a problem doing this but I would like to know what would be a good rate for
last minute notice tuning.

My customers always understand and will reschedule with me.
