[pianotech] Noisey pedal bracket

I've fixed a scratching and squeaking sound on the damper pedal of two,
small, *new* Pramberger grands in the past couple of months by wedging a bit
of slide lube into the place where the brass rod goes through a felt bushing
and rubs there before rod terminating on a piece of leather above it.
