I think Chuck Behm is onto a good thing with the promos. They are well thought out, and with the pictures get the point across to the customer. i can see them paying for themselves with the xtra business they can generate. Some people cannot exress themselves adequately, and may have been losing business. He has different plans available so that a person can spend less if he can't afford the deluxe customized version.
