Here's some ideas from our building manager plus mine on old uprights 
who's days are done. I can't wait for one of ours to finally die!!

Happy Thanksgiving one and all! :<) I only feel sad for the poor 
turkey....only for a second or two! lol

That's what I would do.  with nice stereo system included...Bose music 
system and external speakers around the place.... :>)  Now if you install 
a sink, the damper pedal should be correct in turning it on. The left 
pedal should turn on lights, and the middle pedal should really do nothing 
as that is what upright middle pedals do! :>) LOL
