One wonders whether they had Public Liability Insurance either, then. Isn't it a legal necessity for places of worhip in the USA? Seems very unlikely, with a congregation of 45, that they will manage a rebuild. Perhaps sell the land and buy something smaller elsewhere. And probably en electronic keyboard!
