I think it's a Hammond Glider Trim-O Saw. I thought I remembered seeing something like this in an old Fine Woodworking Magazine. Turns out they were featured in issue # 32. The saws were originally manufactured for print shops to cut lead type apart. Woodworkers were buying them because of the sliding table and the accuracy of the fence.
