Make a set out of Delignit, and soak them in epoxy for further 
dimensional stability. Or get one made accurately in Delignit, and use 
it as a pattern to jig up and make an aluminum set. It's a hair raiser, 
but aluminum is workable with woodworking tools and carbide blades and bits.
