[pianotech] action brackets again

Tom,

If the locations of the holes for attaching the brackets to the keyframe 
are the only problem, then a little woodworking to provide an attachment 
point on the keyframe at the right elevation is what's required, and 
it's not that difficult.  I'd certainly explore that approach before 
handcrafting a set of brackets from delignit.
