OK, Don.  Got it.  I can understand where you're all coming from.  The
dialogue I had with Kent in this regard was just last year.  As I said, not
recommended, endorsed, or certified, but we certainly have received factory
training.  I guess I just make this point so that no one gets too concerned
when they see, "Steinway Factory Trained" out there in someone's marketing.
 At least for my part, it is done in 100% good faith.
