She is not saying the things that you are attributing to her. She is saying she had a realization, an epiphany, if you will, after digesting Ed Foote's particular responsibilities in multi-day recordings on a regular basis. She embraced the relevant need for an ETD in Ed's given circumstance, and if she were in the same position as Ed, it would be a no-brainer decision for her to make regarding the use of an ETD. That's all that happened here. And it only happened after Ed shared his reality.
