General question.

What was the new cost of a pianola or piano player in their heyday, late
20's early 30's in $'s then and a comparison of what that would be in
today's money.

Example

A Bluthner upright piano in 1907 cost (in English pounds) 120 Pounds workers
wages at that time was 17 shillings and six pence. Thus the workers yearly
income was 45.5 pounds so it took 2.6 years wages to pay for that piano.

In $ terms the piano cost $240 and wages were $1.75 per week or $91 per year
thus it took 2.6 years wages to buy the piano.
