[pianotech] Type of glue for a Kawai-Thanks

Thanks Don, Dan and others for pointing out the use of PVC-E glue on 
felt-on-plastic surfaces.  It also brought to light the problem I have 
always had of re-glueing those round green felt bumpers underneath a 
polyester grand music desk.
