[pianotech] New Format--yuck

The email lists are still in place temporarily during the transition 
period. For posts to be archived, they should be done through the 
Forums. Reading of posts can easily be done through email by setting 
your preferences in my.ptg.org, Discussions, My Subscriptions to Real 
Time, Daily Digest, PDA, No emails (that your be web only reading) or 
unsubscribe. Replies that are made strictly through the email list will 
be lost in the near future.
