Would it be possible to charge non-members to join the list? Can we then refuse to provide service to some, and not others?

In other words, how can we get rid of the rif raf?

SO, where is - their - documents pertaining to us, like - "user guide"
or "user reference"

As I said before, even the FREE stuff - like eGroupware - has online
"user" documentation.
