No sacrifice at all.

It is a glorious thing to accept and receive the blessings that are given.
It's a proper and rightful thing to pay homage to what has been and
what has brought us here to now.

But to believe it is respectful to remain in bondage to those times,
that's a false sense of imprisonment to me.

Now granted, there are times when those of us seem to be able to no longer cope
or keep up with the changing times, I respect that and actually understand.
I, too, make executive decisions to bow out of certain realities,
but not at the cost of expecting others to do so as well.
Progress is progress, whether in agreement or not.

To not give an earnest attempt, and I do mean "earnest", belies my understanding.

The majority of people, being given the opportunity to have a greater freedom to operate,
seem to not want to because of a few apparent obstacles, mainly, the learning curve.

Regardless, this will not prevent the upcoming generations to reap the benefits of nowness
while some will cling to the past tenuously.

Sincerely,

Keith McGavern, RPT
