Although parts, action models, etc, are great, if you have them, you should contact Kathy at the Home Office, (kathy at ptg.org), and ask her what is available to display. There are brochures, pictures, all sorts of stuff that can be given away.

Subject: [pianotech] Business Expo Advice

I live in a small town, less than 4000 Population, for the past couple of years the local business association has been holding a Business Expo in the high school gym on a Sunday afternoon on March. It draws upward of a 1000 people, I have been urged to participate & finally decided to do so.

I am asking for suggestions of what to take besides business cards/brochures & pictures of rebuilt pianos. I don't currently have a piano to take I'm thinking of throwing a keytop on an old key for demonstration purpose, with an old one next to it. Perhaps my sample kit from WN&G not sure what else...............................

Suggestions?

Mike
