Dale,

It's not my work. If you notice the web address it is ejbuckpiano.com. I ran across it doing research and thought it looked like a excellent method of replacement. I agree with your proposed plan of action.

   Thanks for sharing the nifty set up. I was trying to think thru your procedure. Would it be something like?
  1.  Check & record the action spread spread,elevation, lateral location and tilt of each rail?
  2. Set up the turnbuckles on the old rails before removal?
  3. remove one rail and set up the turn buckles , check tilt elevation, lateral alignment and solder?
  4. Next rail, same procedure?
