Some finishes Ok, some not too good. New soundboards some Ok some not so good. Pins high. Plate refinish Ok. Action work....put new parts on then... oh.. you have to do adjustments and other things too? Dampers....help! Damper action......Where is that? One Steinway "O" sounded great but needed much work to function.
