That's one of the better spinets out there. Yes, it's the seasonal changes. You can't expect it or any other piano to stay in tune across seasonal changes back east. Put in a full DC system, and if after a year he's not happy, let him get a different piano and either move the system over to that, or let him go through the whole cycle again, until he winds up controlling the piano's environment. But don't blame the piano. He needs the DC, and probably so do most of your other customers.
