[pianotech] Baldwin grand repetition spings

And all the signs point towards heavy hammers:  Replacement hammers 
carelessly prepped and installed, DW = 65, UW = 35.  But you're right, I 
would want to see more measurements and analysis  before changing my 
suspicion to a conclusion <G>
