Will Truitt Will - Fear not. I believe these form letters were mailed out on the last day (Jan. 31), before the emailed transactions for the evening were checked. I too procrastinated and didn't get my membership renewed until 11:55 P.M. Jan. 31 (fortunately I didn't have the problems logging in that you did - I've never gotten on the PTG website for any other thing that paying my membership, so I was very fortunate in that regard). Like you, I got the letter, and called Sandy right away. There was no problem - she was very nice about it and assured me that I was good to go.
