To answer "who's in charge?," I believe I am currently most responsible for the day-to-day administration of this list. Which is not to say I am on it every day, nor am in charge of its ultimate fate. If the list continues to run, the ECC will likely need to saddle up and get some more volunteer effort on its administration. Unfortunately, even clear statements about its status tend to change, and therefore so does the energy into its maintenance. I have suspended jimfrazee at msn.com temporarily and contacted him about his account situation. Please do not jump to conclusions about a sender at the first sign of spammage. Judging from the distribution of the email he is simply the victim of some malware that has rummaged through his address book. I occasionally boot subscribers unceremoniously, but I searched the archives and he has been a past participant, and so deserves the benefit of the doubt.
