[pianotech] Werkmeister III tuning - slightly OT

That's what I do also, Dean.

When I first began tuning, I'd try to match the piano to the organ. It took
me a while to realize that wasn't solving anything. Especially when the
sanctuary temperature was not at normal operating temp. Cold piano and cold
organ are gonna go their different ways as the room gets warmer.
