[pianotech] Round button string rest felts

[Encore Pianos]

They are not that hard to make.  I've got an old B in the shop that had them
originally.  Get a strip of firm plate felt of desired thickness, and punch
them out with the proper size leather circle punch.  I bought a set years
ago from I can't remember where.
