[pianotech] 1700's (?) Broadwood upright.

So, there it is on Atlanta Craigslist for $1,550, posted November 27. I find it hard to believe that it is quite that old (1815 looks more like it, to me) but it IS an astonishing bit of woodwork, one must admit! (Anyone have a definitive date on this cabinet style, or when other early uprights arrived?)
