[pianotech] OT, tuning devices

I find it to be quite accurate and it is adjustable in hundreds of a cent. I wouldn't use it to tune a piano, but a fellow tech, who tunes aurally uses it to quick set the temperament, then tweaks it out. It also has historical temperaments. Very useful.
