[pianotech] Interesting Piano

    I've also worked on a few of these painted ladies.  I don't know if it's psychological, imaginary or real, but somehow these pianos don't have the tonal quality of unpainted ones.  Maybe its because they are mainly old and tired to begin with.....

  It's a Hallet, Davis & Co., Circa 1918, which I partially rebuilt. The artist who painted it called it the Garden Symphony. It is painted in the style of Claude Monet's Garden at Giverny painting.
