[pianotech] Acrosnic lifters alignment

Attached are two photos of low bass in a Baldwin (Acrosonic ?) I'm tuning.
The lifters tend to pivot left and right, slipping out from under the
capstan, resulting in a "sticky note". All seems well at the bottom end. Am
I missing something?
