Nope. There's no way I'd waste that much time on a non functional piano. 
Something either needs to be done to make it tunable, or an agreement 
needs to be reached to either accept reasonable results for a reasonable 
attempt, or to pay for a day's work at an unreasonable attempt.

Elaborate please. Does the string not move (change pitch) with hammer 
movement? Does the pitch change after the hammer is removed, or with a 
blow?
