[pianotech] Website for www.ptg.org is ugly

I'll bet a dollar, hell, make it $20, that friendly viewing by
vision-impaired techs and public can be easily enabled with some simple
CSS, while the general, sighted public could be looking at something far
less hideously 1990's-looking.
