[pianotech] non puzzler

I don't much like puzzlers because, like Agatha Cristie stories, the 
critical information that would let it make sense is usually missing. So 
here are a couple of truly lousy photos (I hate this phone camera), that 
in spite of the abysmal quality, tell the story. The first time I tuned 
this piano years ago, I noticed it. What do you (barely) see?
