Hi Christopher,
     I have a bad feeling that this "humidity Control" we're supposed to
have is not! i.e. it's likely just air-conditioning. The building
contractor told me to expect a 35-65% swing, which is better than the
old 80%-20%. Don't envy me, I'm up to my eyeballs in pianos.
