I won't repost Ron's responses to Rolf.  But I do say thanks to both.  Each
has valid points.  I experience both points of view.  No one to take our
places when we are gone and part-timers who screw things up because they think
they know more than they do.  

There must be a better way to find people to fill our places when we are gone.
