Kent may be right here. CYAing is a major time waste, but the
consequences are more wasteful.
For some four years, ever since I learned of "balance weighed" actions I
have weighed out every action I redid. There at the last I was doing
some really nice work, my opinion, and was proud of all except one where
I used NYC shanks instead of Renner.
I think advising users is the minimum, doing the weigh off is better and
written acknowledgment the maximum.
A 'properly' weighed action is the ultimate in controllability.
