Hi Del, Bore a hole in a piece of scrap wood that is slightly larger than the key leads, punch them out with a fairly wide punch or a piece of 1/4" bar. Measure both side of the leads to make sure they are not tapered, you could end up punching from the wrong direction and split a key. Bin thar' done that" regards Roger At 02:46 PM 6/5/99 -0400, you wrote: >Does anyone have a quick and efficient method of removing key leads from an entire set of keys? > > >Del Gittinger, RPT >Del's Music Studio >Marion, OH >Piano Tuning & Service >Electronic Instrument repairs including organs >delgit@acc-net.com > >Attachment Converted: "c:\eudora\attach\KeyLeadr.htm" > Roger Jolly Balwin Yamaha Piano Centres.
