Avery,

Chuck the appropriate (universal handle type) tool in your cordless
screwdriver and, using the _slow_ speed, spin them out.  The hammer shank
glue collar remover, with the sizing nut removed, will work, too, but can
mess up other stuff if you slip off.



======>  Forgot to mention...  Try them all first by hand to be sure they
aren't frozen.
