As I looked at this list I thought, "Gee, these would be great potential articles for the newsletter". Here is a great collection of issues brought forth by fellow CAUT members - maybe even your own suggestions! How about some articles! Judging from my own experiences, I'd say that almost everybody could write a book on some of these topics, and everyone's experiences are different. Let's share so we can learn from each other.
