S&S concert wheels

The locking mechanism on one of our D's concert wheels is stripped, and the
remaining one seems like it's on it's way there too.  The symptom is that
the knob gets tight but never locks the wheels.  I believe this may be from
repeated over-tightening, the piano is 12 years old.

We have limited downtime in which to service the piano, any ideas as to what
will be required here?  Should I be ordering parts?  Can a machinist repair
these?
