A New Mouse Trap

I think I would rather put up with the mice than with bad cat potty
training.  Mice are smaller and make smaller messes.  I think I would
put a mouse trap,  or five, on the bottom board and a couple under the
keys (if they will fit and work.

I looked at a nice house, nice price but the cat smell was a real
killer.  Would likely have to replace flour joists and all the hardwood
flooring.  Not me.
