Fortepiano pitch levels

The builder, Rod Reiger, feels rather strongly that the instrument should be
maintained at between 430-432.  440 could be acceptable for occasional events but
only for short periods.  That is his recommendation.  He caculated that pitch
change from 430 to 440 increases tension by 5%.  I don't how that translates into
pounds.
