Consider exchanging positions, left to the right and right to the left. 
Those should be symmetrical blocks but only trying it will tell for
certain.

It worked for me, once.  More often than not I have found the tray
tilted, usually up in the treble, so I have had to cut off the bottom of
the block and make a wedge for the top to level the tray.  So, reversing
them may cause you to have to level the tray again but you will have a
fresh wood hole.  Easier than plugging and redrilling.
