But while we're on the subject of mailing out information, I think it would be better to mail information about our guidelines, and such, to the chairman of departments, or even deans. If something is sitting on someone's desk, it will get more attention, than if it appears on the screen. Now, we can ask them to access our web page for details of the information, but the initial contact should be in the form of a brochure and accompanying letter. It might cost us a little more in the short run, but in the long run, it could be much more beneficial. What do you think?
