Ray,
The actual drilling of a newly fitted pinblock is the 'icing on the
cake' of the entire replacement procedure. I'm assuming you have some
experience in full-fit pinblock replacement. If not, purchase the
reprint book titled 'Pinblocks and Plates' from the home office
(actually, get the entire set of reprint books - they have proved
invaluable in streamlining my rebuilding work). This book details
several methods of performing this finicky, though highly satisfying
aspect of grand rebuilding.
Good luck!
