Hi, Mark, and colleagues -
Personally I'd be thinking about using the lock & stich method of
repairing this plate. It needs to be mended & stabilized. I'd also consider an
epoxy fill between the plate flange/webbing on top of that. I own a B from that
era that's currently in process. I think I'll check it. Dale
