Anyone have experience dealing with Samick for warrantee coverage? I have a customer with a 6' Kohler & Campbell grand (by Samick), maybe two years old, with freezing hammer flanges, among other things. I'm wondering about getting Samick to pay for repinning the whole upper stack. I'll certainly give their service number a call, but thought I'd ask what others had run into (what I have heard in the past was not very encouraging. I'm hoping things are looking better).
