Hello Garrett,
All good suggestions regarding plate lettering.  However, if case =
(fallboard) decals are needed, before you cobble something together from =
individual letters, be sure to check out the vast -- and I mean vast-- =
array of original type decals in a rub-on format from Decals Unlimited =
in Minnesota.  You are highly likely to find that nice original Old =
English, or Victorian look so it isn't lost on a vintage instrument.   =
In many cases they have multiple vintages and styles for single makers.
