---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hi, Ron and colleagues - If you can be sure the piano won't be moved once set, you might try small screw jacks between the arms of the stage dolly and the floor. Something like the Starrett machinist's jacks many of us use to support pinblocks would do - just about the right size and capacity. And visually inconspicuous, too. I think they ought to be positioned right below the legs and turned up high enough to get the rubber tires barely off the floor. I know this can work since I've used these jacks to change worn out casters on stage dollies. I'd be curious to hear your report of any acoustic success with this approach!
