Bad News Good News

This sounds like a good opportunity for us as techs to provide a service
to our customers by carrying a small unit for sale. As they say, "There
are no problems, only opportunities!"

BTW, I find the Tech Bulletin and the Dampp-Chaser color brochure very
convincing for many customers and it reinforces my assertion that it
wasn't a bad tuning...
